About the Item

Sculptural and versatile iconic classic within Danish mid-century modern design. Red and white lamel pendant called Cocktail designed by Henning Rehhof for renowned Danish lighting manufacturer Fog and Mørup in 1971. Great vintage condition consistent with age and wear. Denmark, 1971. 12 aluminum lamels - six long, six short - hung alongside each other on a circular frame. All 12 panels are red on one side and white on the other. The panels can be organized and combined in different ways to create different looks. An architectural white pendant, a pendant in warm red or several variations of the two. This gives the possibility of personal color choices and lighting effects, bringing different moods to the room. Rewired and in great vintage condition consistent with age. Denmark, 1971.
