A stunning French mid 19th century Louis XVI st. ormolu, Baccarat crystal and rock crystal twelve arm chandelier. The chandelier is centered by a striking solid rock crystal bottom ball amidst beautifully cut Baccarat crystal pendants. Above the elegant beaded swaging garlands are the arms which alternate between a single arm and a double arm. Each display a fine scrolled movement and circular candle cups with lovely crystal pendants. At the center is a striking Baccarat crystal dagger with scrolled ormolu sprays branching off with elegant pendants. Leading up the rectangular link ormolu chain is a charming wrap around crystal band and the most impressive top crown with exceptional curved ormolu sprays decorated with beautiful floral and cut crystal pendants.
