French Art Deco Style Marbled White Glass and Brass Pendant Light
About the Item
An Art Deco style marbled milk glass and brass pendant light fixture from circa the 1950s, France.
This beautifully shaped ceiling light fixture features an alabaster effect milk glass lampshade with a relief design – a pattern of acorns and oak leaves on the glass shade rim. The lampshade blends a white base with black and grey veins. The glass bowl is hung on three wires and an ornate brass canopy.
One new socket for an E 27 (E26) size light bulb.
Dimensions: height 57 cm / 22.44 in; diameter: circa 37 cm / 14.56 in.
The light shining through the marbleized white glass lampshade emanates a beautiful ambiance.
In good condition with slight signs of aging.
The light fixture is in complete working order, but as with all vintage or antique lighting, we would always suggest it is tested and fitted by a qualified electrician.
