French Art Nouveau Pendant Light with Yellow and Blue Glass Ivy Motifs by Legras
About the Item
French Art Nouveau pendant light with yellow and blue glass and ivy motifs signed Legras, circa 1920.
This gorgeous Art Nouveau period pendant light features a frosted glass bowl with enameled hand-painted stylized ivy leaves and fruits in blue, yellow, and light yellow colors. The glass lampshade in vibrant colors is suspended by three bronze chains and these are fastened with beautiful ivy leaf-shaped mountings. The light fixture has an ornate, matching bronze ceiling canopy/rose with ivy leaf and fruit motifs.
The diameter of the canopy is circa 15 cm / 5.9 in.

One new socket for E27 (E26) size light bulb.
In good condition with slight signs of aging and use.
The light fixture is in complete working order, but as with all vintage or antique lighting, we would always suggest it is installed by a qualified electrician.
