French Modern Globe Chandelier in Frosted Glass and Nickeled Bronze, 1960
About the Item
A nicely scaled Modernist sphere of molded art glass with diamond patterning gives the impression of finely cut crystal. Dropped from the ceiling on a single stem, from a simple concentrically round canopy; this chandelier is reminiscent of the Swarovski crystal ball that drops on Times Square marking New Year’s Eve.
The glass is frosted white and only looks tinted because of the camera flash.
Great over a kitchen island or long hallway, gallery, foyer.
Priced individually per globe, several available.
Can be shortened, lengthened and/ or plated for a surcharge.
