Beautiful and ideal size, 15.9 inches in diameter antique alabaster light fixture. Thanks to its timeless design this alabaster chandelier from the European Art Deco era is one of the most beautiful models that we have sold over the years. We have said it many times before, but an antique light fixture like this will truly light up both your days and evenings. The more translucent veins and patches (and there are many in this light) contrast perfectly when the light is switched on, because the already beautiful white alabaster then turns into a full moon like white, creating a look and feel that only mother nature can 'produce'. Thanks to its timeless design and combined with the matching color and large size alabaster canopy, this work of lighting art will look great in all kinds of rooms and in many types of interiors. We could again shoot 50 more photos, but you still would not be able to see the true beauty of this antique light fixture, because in real life our antique alabaster fixtures always have that little bit extra and this pendant is no exception. This perfect size specimen is extra special, because of the perfectly balanced shade with its rounded edges. It was hand-carved from one solid rock of alabaster and apart from two reinforced hairlines on the inside, this unique alabaster pendant is in very good condition. The white and black shade is as solid and strong as it was when it was hand carved over 100 years ago and it even rings like a bell when you strike it. That is how structurally sound it is. The stylish, vintage brass chains and the perfect matching alabaster canopy are like the icing on the cake of this timeless fixture. To us, this is the ideal chandelier for a master bedroom, for an entry hall, for a small kitchen area or for any other living space that can do with a style upgrade. Mind you, this antique pendant too is professionally rewired to the highest standard for safe and immediate usage in the USA as well and thanks to the extra chain (see image 14) we (or you) can also adjust the height to one that is perfect for you. Thanks to the metal hook inside the large alabaster canopy safely mounting this pendant on your ceiling (and over your junction box) too is child's play. This pendant most certainly is great value for money.
