Italian 19th century Renaissance st. patinated Iron and Gilt chandelier

About the Item

A handsome and most unique Italian 19th century Renaissance st. patinated Iron and Gilt chandelier. This wonderfully decorative four arm chandelier is centered at the bottom by a large scale patinated Iron reserve of scrolled foliate designs accented with Gilt. Stunning acanthus leaves rise from the center and lead to Gilt flowers and foliate patinated Iron mounts at the midsection of each arm. The arms are finished with striking circular candle cups with pierced Gilt galleries. The chandelier is suspended from four linked chains which connect the additional scrolled and foliate Gilt elements to the delicate foliate canopy. *Shades shown for display purposes, sold separately.
