Chandelier, 36 frosted glass cubes, chrome, Italy, 1950s
This charming chandelier is based on a three-level construction arranged in squares. Each layer features rectangular-shaped lampshades that are executed in frosted glass characterized by a graphical texture of reliefs. This results in a soft light partition and spread a nice warm and diffuse light. Looking from below, a striking composition of the lights create a visually interesting pattern. An expressive chandelier that embodies a sophisticated allure.
