Italian Mid-Century Murano Glass Gold Inclusion Foliage Pendant Light, 1950s
About the Item
Italian Mid-Century Modern Murano glass foliage pendant light fixture in the shape of a lantern, from the circa 1950s, attributed to Ercole Barovier, designed for Barovier&Toso.
Curved thick-walled transparent hand-blown Murano glass leaves with gold inclusions. Adorable flower-shaped glass finial. Brass fittings and metal frame. Three new sockets for E14 size light bulbs.
Dimensions: height: 57 cm / 22.44 in; diameter: circa 34 cm / 13.38 in.
In good condition with slight signs of aging.
The pendant light is in complete working order, but as with all vintage or antique lighting, we would always suggest it is installed by a qualified electrician.
