About the Item

Exceptional bronze Italian Neoclassical bronze chandelier is made in the early 19th century. The classical style chandelier is made of bronze in the finest casting. The cast bronze crown is topped with six pierced Anthemion leaves on a fine cast ring console encompassed with Acanthus leaves. The crown has a cast bobeche and a pineapple finial with five chains coming down to an Acanthus gallery with five scroll up light double arms. The gallery is topped with Classic Ancient Roman Motifs. The bottom is finished with a bronze fluted bowl with a pineapple final at the bottom.
