Its distinctive design comprises four "V" shaped, fan like, jagged edged panels, each depicting stylized floral, scroll and leaf motifs, creating a natural and visually captivating setting. The chandelier frame is elegantly mounted by four decorated tubular bars held by a matching square canopy and features "les perles" which is beading that resembles a strand of pearls, all finished in its original light silver painted, hand forged iron with a martele surface finish. JEAN NOVERDY- During the early years of the Twentieth Century Jean Noverdy studied and worked at the Muller Frerès factory at Luneville, France. The glass produced bore the signature "Noverdy" for Nouvelle Verrerie de Dijon. Noverdy produced at the same time as Daum, Schneider and Degué, and the quality and design of his art glass have made his name world-renowned.
