About the Item
Beautiful 1920s white opaline glass globe pendant lamp.
Heavy high quality aged and patinated brass fittings.
Provenance: Hove Museum & Art Gallery, Brighton and Hove City, UK. The lamp dates from when the Museum was opened in 1927.
The lamp is fully functioning and requires a single standard E27 bulb.
Included in the sale we can supply hook and/or chain and re-wire in cable color/finish/length as required - please specify before shipping.
This lamp is cosmetically a near-match to a similar lamp that we are selling, both coming from the museum.
Both globe dimensions are 35cm (13 3/4 in.), although there are some differences to the brass fittings.
