Large Painted Tole Chandelier With Gilded Accents
About the Item
An intricate and very interesting painted toie chandelier with matching shades. The main body of the chandelier itself hails from the 19th century. The electrification took place sometime around the 1940s. The red is that perfect shade of red mixed with gold and a gorgeous patina of age. With 12 arms it is quite substantial and can create a lot of light for even the darkest of locations.
This item is currently on view at the Berkshire galleries of Great Barrington Massachusetts.
