Large Pendant Chandelier, Brass Champagne Amber Plexiglass Acryl Glass, 1960
About the Item
A fantastic and extra large 8-arm pendant chandelier manufactured in midcentury, crica 1960 (late 1950s or early 1960s).
The light fixture is made of a solid, polished brass frame with curved arms suspended on cords from the ceiling canopy.
A high quality piece. The brass parts are made with great craftsmanship and have a warm, aged hue.
Each arm has one socket for a medium or standard screw base bulb which is covered by a lampshade made of amber or champagne colored acrylic glass.
Two of the lampshades have small scratches that are barely noticeable, and two other shades have cracks behind and slightly to the side of the brass arms (details in the last two photos).
