Incredibly beautiful, mouthblown glass, adjustable in height light fixture with a marble-look surface with amazing colors.
This rare, beautifully designed, upside-down cone shape pendant is destined to grace someone's entrance, stairwell, landing or bedroom soon. If you are looking for a truly beautiful light fixture then this natural hardstone inspired light fixture in the Art Deco style should really be yours. How the glass artist managed to create the amazing marble patterns on the one hand and in such beautiful colors on the other, is beyond us. This midcentury, bordering on modern era light fixture is both a pendant and a work of art and we have never seen one of this large size and timeless shape. The patterns and colors have a freshness and warmth at the same time. One that simply cannot be captured in a photo. This rare light looks amazing both on and off and it radiates a warm light that will create an atmosphere that is second to none. Via the perfect brass rod and 'knob' this mint condition light also easy to adjust in height. In images 4 and 5 you can see the difference between the shortest height and the longest height. And thanks to the hook inside the (also adjustable in height) canopy, mounting this fixture is child's play. The dark patinated brass canopy will perfectly cover your junction box as well and no matter where you decide to mount this work of lighting art, it will always catch people's attention. Mind you, this fine 1970s or 80s pendant is rewired to the highest standard for safe and immediate usage in the USA as well.
