Large 1950s Lisa Johansson-Pape Model #71-127 glass and brass ceiling lamp. Executed in blown opaline glass and brass. Manufactured by Stockmann Orno, Finland. Stamped with manufacturer's mark.
A contemporary of Paavo Tynell, the refined work of Lisa Johansson-Pape has made her an increasingly valued midcentury Finnish designer by collectors in the know.
Accommodates 1x standard medium base 100W equivalent LED. Rewired for US electrical with ceiling plate modified for hardwiring over a standard American j-box. Not UL listed, but recommended UL listing possible from authorized 3rd party vendor upon request for an additional fee. Please contact us to facilitate. Some scuffs, bends, dings and patination noted only for accuracy. Glass is excellent.
