About the Item
M-Light by Rob Thalen
The *M-Light*, designed by Rob Thalen, is an exclusive, limited-edition lighting fixture with only two pieces ever made. This stunning design features dual aluminum shells: the inner shell is hand-hammered to a glossy silver finish, while the outer shell is painted in corten steel, using real steel in the paint to create a rustic, aged look. The striking contrast between the rough exterior and the gleaming, polished interior reflects the design’s core theme—"The beauty is on the inside."
Powered by a 30W LED light (2700K, 13,000 lumens), the inner shell glows with an elegant silver shine, making this fixture a radiant centerpiece. The fixture weighs 35kg and is suspended from a 2-meter steel wire. A neutral round-shaped canopy conceals the driver for a seamless installation.
