Mid-Century Modern German Space Age Mesh Cube Pendant Lamp, 1960s

About the Item

Impressive Space Age Pendant. A design of special materiality. The diffuser screen consists of a metal mesh that is assembled into a cube. The cube is open at the bottom so that the light can escape unhindered. The light emerging from the sides and upwards is atmospherically refracted through the mesh and casts a pattern on the wall and ceiling. The outfit consists of a simple chrome cylinder that protrudes above the cube. This small lamp is a striking object when switched on or off.
