Midcentury ceiling lamp with counterweight, 1950s
About the Item
White and blue lacquered Midcentury Modern pendant lamp with counterweight, designed and produced in Brazil in the 1950s. It features lacquered shade, weight and ceiling cap and brass fittings. On the underside it has a round glass to provide glare free light. The length of the wire can be adjusted by means of the counterweight. The lamp is in fully working order, some slight wear due to its age and use, but a very eye-catching piece.
