Rare pendant in brass, glass, wood and plastic by Hans-Agne Jakobsson.
This pendant features one light source surrounded by a shade in opaline glass. The top and bottom plates of the lamp are made of acrylic, and are held together by pieces of beech wood.
E-27 fitting
Condition: Very good vintage condition.
The height of the lamp can be adjusted to desired length.

Hans-Agne Jakobsson
Hans-Agne Jakobsson was a Swedish interior and furniture designer, who ran his own company from 1951. Jakobsson was especially famous for his lighting designs, which often had a softly glowing light and organic shape. His designs were inspired by great, modern Scandinavian designers such as the Finnish icon Alvar Aalto and Danish lighting master Poul Henningsen.
