Monumental Royal Splendid Chandelier After Pierre Phillipe Thomire

Exceptionally fine, engraved and cast bronze. Basket-formed corpus from hand-cut frenches ball prisms (over 12,000 pieces). Connected through wide, ornamental reliefed and broken hoop. There from, six fully moulded, intrinsic figures (Victoria) a bowlbeing carried in outstretched hands and on the head, with three full horn-formed, light arms. Crown formed ending. Design by Charles Percier he was a French architect of the Empire style, which arose under Napoléon form of classicism.
