Murano mid century opaline white and cobalt blue Chandelier, very rare in the design and colors , this piece is in excellent shape, no blemishes or apparent damages, this is a dining room chandelier, but was used for the last 30 years in a kitchen breakfast nook, well loved and cared for, in needs of its next adventure.   Italian Venetian, Chandelier blown Murano Glass, Ivory & Gold 24K, Seguso, 1990s. Unique, exclusive beautiful Italian Venetian chandelier, in blown Murano Glass, ivory color with blue details finishes; the chandelier is attribute to Seguso design, The chandelier is in excellent conditions, as documented in the attached pictures.

Inspired by a Saturn moon, this beautiful spherical wrought iron structure is wrapped with our traditional silk passementerie. With ten candle lights, it is embellished at the top by three decreasing rings and includes a lavish tassel at the bottom. Custom sizes available.The art of passementerie dated back to the 15th century, the excitement and popularity of the craft surged in the 18th century during the reign of Louis the XIV and Versailles, every pieces of fabrics, upholstery, bridles, carriages were beautified with the uses of braids, tassles, trims and fringes. The military also took a liking to this trend throughout the ensuing decades. Unlike many other tradeguilds which fell into oblivion, the passementerie has thrived and remains present in the home with detailed trims but specially in the haute couture runways.
