About the Item

Neoclassic Chandelier by Taito Oy - 1920 - 1930 attributed to Paavo Tynell . Taito Oy was founded in 1918 . The company´s operations were launched the following year . Paavo Tynell was the head of metalwork and in charge of designing light fixtures. By the mid-1920´s , light fixtures were becoming the company's main product . tattoos first catalogue showcasing only light fixtures was released in 1932 . The chandelier is in original patina , only the electric wiring has been redone .
