This large six-light chandelier is bordered by six curved sides, which makes it star-shaped, the central cobalt blue glass circular plate surmounts a graduated two-tier band and is in turn surmounted by a down swept canopy, . The entire chandelier is mounted with cut and tapering drops. The overall effect is of a dazzling waterfall of light.
This type of chandelier is typically Russian or Swedish. Our version is made in the style of a late 18th century example.
