A striking and original French Art Deco period chandelier signed: EJG France featuring a highly stylized blossom design with four petal shape frosted art glass panels, each having a sunray motif and detailed geometric patterns. The frosted art glass panels display highly stylized angular patterns that perfectly capture the bold and unique style of the era. When viewed from underneath, the chandelier takes on the captivating form of a blossoming flower, adding an enchanting touch to its already remarkable design. The decorative panels are set within a shiny nickel bronze armature, showcasing clean and linear design elements. The chandelier's four rod armature extends gracefully and splays into a triangular form, and is topped by an angular edged canopy and culminates in a striking bullet finial, all evoking the genuine essence and vitality of the Art Deco period. Holds four candelabra based incandescent or LED bulbs. He subsequently opened a factory in Ezanville to the north of the capital and then after 1930, used the name Ezan for his creations. He mainly produced molded pressed art glass and also manufactured laminated, patterned and opaque flat panels for use in windows and interior design installations: screens around booths in bars, restaurants and lounges, or interior sash windows in adjoining walls that required temporary privacy. Etablisseme Jean Gauthier ( E.J.G) was well known for making table lamps, ceiling lights and chandeliers.

Rewired: Rewired for US specs. Holds 4 candelabra based sockets, can use LED's or incandescent bulbs. Wear consistent with age and use. Frame in good condition w /original finish, some wear, mottling and age. Glass with some very small chips, nicks, tiny bubbles, imperfections, mold marks, unnoticeable when fixture is hanging as most are hidden by the frame.
