A cool pair of handcrafted rattan drum shaped ceiling suspension lamps with inner paper lampshades. France, 1960s
These large lanterns have an eye-catching design featuring a cylindrical bamboo structure with a paper lampshade to diffuse the light.
Each one hangs from a chain with bamboo sticks alternating with rattan links ended by a wooden canopy. The length of the chain can be shortened to adjust it to the desired height.
These suspension lamps will add a fresh Mediterranean taste over a kitchen's table, dining area or bedroom at a beach or countryside house decoration.
