A PAIR of GLASS CEILING FIXTURES by BENT NORDSTED, for FOG&MORUP, Denmark 1960

About the Item

An elegant pair of pendant lights, Modernist, Dansk, Scandinavian, Forme-Libre, each luminaire consisting of 2 suspended glass elements nested one inside the other, exterior element in thick colored glass, interior element in diffusing white opaline glass , models "Capri" created by Bent Nordsted, produced by Fog & Morup, Denmark 1950-1960. These 2 lights can be installed alone, independently of each other, to create spot lighting, possibly directional lighting (depending on the bulb used), and very beautiful colored ambiances, since the upper glasses diffuse a beautiful tint in the heights of spaces. Together, they can be assembled in various ways to create beautiful graphic and aerial compositions.
