Counterweight pendant designed by Italian designer Goffredo Reggiani.
Reggiani was the founder of Reggiani Spa Illuminazione, founded in 1957.
In a quiet Italian workshop in the 1960s, Goffredo Reggiani sketched the first lines of what would become an iconic design. Inspired by the balance of form and function, he crafted a pendant lamp with a counterweight mechanism, allowing effortless height adjustment.
Its sleek white metal finish was a nod to modernism, yet its soft curves brought warmth to any space.
Decades later, this lamp found its way into the hands of a skilled restorer. Carefully rewired and restored, it was given a new life, ready to illuminate homes once again. A relic of Italian design, the lamp now stands as both a piece of history and a timeless addition to contemporary interiors
