Rare and very stylish, top condition and warm color alabaster 3-light pendant of great quality and design.
This rare Art Deco fixture from the heydays of the European Art Deco era is another one of our recent great finds and it too will light up both your days and evenings. Its remarkable, circular and four layers shade is all hand carved out of one solid rock of alabaster and for this pendant they clearly picked a perfect rock, because it also comes with beautiful and evenly divided black veins. That combined with the other veins and patches that have formed in this mineral stone over thousands of years makes it even more special. The stunning, layered Art Deco shade is beautifully finished with a point at the bottom. We are happy to be able to offer you this most stylish of Art Deco alabaster lights in such great condition. It must have taken one highly skilled craftsman a whole lot of time to perfectly hand create this remarkable Art Deco design and for it to still be in such good condition (after 100 years) too is like an ode to his craftsmanship. We could shoot many more photos, but you still would not be able to see the true beauty of this stunning light fixture. In real life (or in person) our antiques always have that little bit more and this remarkable and ideal size pendant is no exception. For this alabaster bowl, we found the perfect matching brass stem and canopy and are like the icing on the cake of this timeless pendant.
Mind you, this striking pendant too is rewired to the highest standard for safe and immediate usage in the USA as well and thanks to the metal hook inside the canopy, mounting this light to your ceiling is child's play.
