Resin Cocoon Globe Pendant Light, Italy 20th Century

About the Item

A vintage Italian cocoon pendant light featuring a metal frame with cream resin shade. This pendant has a cylindrical globe shape with curved channels and a new white metal canopy. When lit, it emanates a warm glow. Unmarked. Sourced in Italy, 20th Century. DIMENSIONS: 16"Dia x 13"H; 49"Overall Height; 5"Dia Canopy CONDITION: Great vintage condition. This pendant was professionally rewired for U.S. use with a new socket and white metal canopy. Minor wear to the resin shade including areas of discoloration and marks, which are concentrated on the lower half of the shade. Accepts one standard base light bulb.
