Hollywood Regency Palm Tree Pendant Light, Gilt Iron, Gold Leaf
Eye-catching hand-hammered gilt iron palm tree ceiling light fixture or pendant. Spain, 1950s.
This ceiling lamp is entirely made by hand. Featuring has two layers of leaves as a palm tree and 3 branches finishing with flowers as bulb holders. It hangs from a chain topped by a gilt iron sunburst shaped canopy.
Terrific patina and original gold leaf gilding.
This nice lamp from the Hollywood Regency period can be used flush mounted (removing the chain and the canopy) or hanging from the chain as a pendant / chandelier.
