Large Sunburst Crown Flush Mount, Iron, Gold Leaf
Large hand-hammered iron sunburst crown ceiling light fixture with frosted glass panel difusser. Spain, 1950s
This ceiling flush mount was handcrafted in Spain at the Mid-Century Modern period in the style of Brutalism. The body of the light fixture is heavily decorated by the Hammer marks and it has handcut iron leaves. It has a nice aged patina with gold leaf finishing and it provides a good amount of light throught the large glass difusser.
It can be placed as a flush mount or as a pendant chandelier hanging from a chain at the desired height.
The chain and canopy are for demonstration only, not included.
