Vintage wasp nest shaped pendant, Czechoslovakia 1970´s
About the Item
Modernist industrial slat ceiling lamp, great fancy industrial design. In the shape of a wasp’s nest, made in the 70s in Central Europe.
The whole frame is made of nickel-plated and painted metal.
The huge shade is made of bakelite.
The shade is hung on the frame with the still original hook. Without any damage. Light patina on the metal, the frame has some rust pimples.
The shade is in very good condition with no cracks or chips. Not bent.
100% original condition and fully functional.
Chandeliers of this type were often used in hotel rooms or administrative buildings in the 1970s. We have a total of 4 pieces available. We recommend using a high-quality LED bulb, thanks to which you can sufficiently illuminate the entire room. Suitable for entrance hall, living rooms or office.
