19th Century French Marble Illuminated White Marble Torchere Column

About the Item

19th century French marble illuminated white marble torchere column This large French white marble pedestal is hollow in allowing it to be lit from the inside, the column has a stepped octagonal base fluted with a central baluster leading up to a flat round platform top The column has a very attractively patterned marble flecked with a little grey, it is in good condition and heavy, the top can be removed for transportation The pedestal is 37” high, and 11” wide at floor level SH51.
