1940s Swedish Art Nouveau Floor Lamp In Elm By IWO Mariestad And Magazine rack
About the Item
Absolutely beautiful and very rare Art Nouveau floor lamp made in the 1940s in Sweden by IWO in Mariestad Sweden with a matching 'Swedish' magazine rack.
The lamp is made of Elm wood combined with the original art glass table. The art glass table
top has engravings on the bottom, difficult to photograph with the camera, of bunches of grapes. which is very beautiful. The tabletop is in perfect condition. Technically the lamp receives new wiring and a new screw fitting E27 / E28.
The magazine rack is made of beech and the beech handle has an oak inlay.
