About the Item
Empire Revival French bronze and brass floor lamp, circa 1950
Elegant tall size, three arms floor lamp in bronze and brass, decorated in gilt bronze and bronze colors representing lions and chains of gold and other beautiful ornaments. Tripod feet, very pretty decoration on the feet and all-over it. A middle part in bronze color gives a nice touch of contrast again with the gilt bronze.
Very good quality, strong bronze lamp.
There are three arms in a candleholder style and three other lights are available hidden on the top.
The contrast with the gold and the brown bronze colors are even nicer when the lights are on.
Attributed to Maison Charles, France.
We have the complete set with 2 chandeliers, 2 floor lamps and 2 double sconces all in the same lion style.
