About the Item
Flis is a sculptural floor lamp, a dynamic composition of two floating cubes. Each viewpoint unveils a different silhouette, a playful act between two elements reaching at their vertices, occasionally converging into a unity.
When lit, the two cubes display optical illusions within themselves, thanks to the reflective surfaces and two way mirrors they are made of. Around them, light is scattered in multiple directions, a warm glow provided by the brass
Please note that all our lights are handmade by our highly crafted artisans and that slight variations in colour of metalwork may occur. Diffusers can be customised based on preferred light effect.

Diaphan Studio
Established in 2019, Diaphan Studio is an atelier founded by Alessandro Giacomelli and Dominique Wolniewicz, respectively a gemologist and a lighting designer. Their approach blends a deep exploration of light’s optical properties with a contemporary interpretation of crystalline structures, often imperceptible to the human eye.
Each creation is a sculpture made of light, casting delicate projections into its surroundings. More than objects, these luminous works transform spaces, allowing light to unfold in a mesmerizing symphony of color and form.
