Floor lamp may attributed to Roger Tallon - 1965-1970 - France

About the Item

Superb floor lamp which appears to be made of aluminum. . It may be attributed to Roger Tallon - 1965-1970 - France. . NO exact attribution found but it really look like, so... . It is a mix between the so-called 'Sun' floor lamp - M400 series (Édition Lacloche) because the body of the floor lamp becomes thinner from bottom to top and on the other hand the base of the module 400 floor lamp special order created for the Hôtel Matignon in Paris, Lacloche edition, 1965. . In place of the power cord, there was a push button that was broken (in porcelain i think) ; so it was replaced by this power cable. . Dimensions : Height : 135cm Shade height : 40cm Shade depth : 30cm Foot diameter : 30cm . The floor lamp shows numerous signs of wear and dents which in no way distort the unique beauty of this piece. It diffuses sublime lighting with its three lights. The sockets, of very good quality, are with bailillonettes. . Roger Tallon is a French designer, born March 6, 1929 in Paris and died in the same city on October 20, 2011, considered one of the great figures of French industrial design.
