Industrial 1950s extendable floor lamp model 605 manufactured by Dazor MFG (USA).
Dazor is a historic U.S. lighting company founded in the 1930s and still in operation today.
The lamp comes with original wire, switch and plug; it has a dent on the base, also visible in one of the uploaded photos.
