French 19th Century Wrought Iron and Gilt Metal Floor Lamp
About the Item
An elegant and most decorative French 19th century wrought iron and gilt metal floor lamp. The floor lamp is raised by a triangular base with cut corners, concave sides, and three fine gilt metal ball feet. Three beautiful scrolled wrought iron designs lead upwards to the tapered central support tied with two gilt metal bands below a striking and unique gilt metal rope wrapped around the scalloped shaped center. Above are three pierced rectangular decorative plaques with fitted circular gilt metal designs below elegantly curved movements leading upwards.
