About the Item
Italian Mid-Century Lamperti floor lamp, sculpted in chrome, 1960s.
The chromed monolithic structure of this floor lamp is built out of a continuous metal sheet column, with series of incisions at regular intervals from top to bottom. When switched on, the sleets in the column disperse the internal white light rendering it a luminous scepter.
The chrome plating lends a unique elegance to the piece and the square base of the lamp has perfect structural integrity, in spite of the lamp's age.
Lamperti is a respected Italian lighting brand, known for the many collaborations with the great designers and architects of the period, ex. Ico & Luisa Parisi, Max Baguara, Salvatore Gregorietti.
Electrical and wiring in pristine condition. Ready to use.
