Rare Pinocchio adjustable midcentury floor lamp in pine wood for Reflo Italia, Italy 1972.
This floor lamp is a rare exemplar of the Pinocchio lamp series created by the design of Pietro Cascella. Its original structure in solid pine wood has been maintained in its original essence and boasts of a rustic, chalet feel.
Along-with its strong aesthetic features the lamp provides the possibility of varied heights that can be regulated by the wheel and spoke mechanism it holds in the central area. The carefully studied details emerge in a material such as wood, in which the reference to childhood games is immediate.
