Beautifully patinated and impressive size, 20th century bronze floor lamp. If you are looking for a beautiful bronze sculpture and a rare floor lamp at the same time then this prime example could be perfect for you. This large and highly decorative, vibrant lady floor lamp is in the best condition possible. The realistic and perfect posture of this lovely young lady, combined with her Art Deco hairdo and joyful facial expression make her an absolute joy to own and look at. The Art Deco style, marbleized glass shade is cool, but it can also be replaced by a circular one or even by a glass globe (there is a metal spring that keeps it in place). The large and charming lady sculpture is signed A. Moreau on the base and apart from the warm light, she also radiates great style, class and positivity. The bronze lion sculptures on all sides of the square base also add to the great look and feel of this rare piece. We believe that this stunningly patinated, bronze lamp was made around 1970 with the use of maybe an old mold of Auguste Moreau. This is not uncommon, because you can, for example, also still order new bronze lamps by Max le Verrier. You can order them with his grand daughter in Paris. We have searched the web and there is not another one of these bronze lady floor lamps on sale anywhere in the world. Mind you, this stylish light is rewired to the highest standard for safe & immediate usage the world over and when purchased by an American client we will also attach an American power plug so that she can be used and enjoyed upon arrival.
