LT 220 Floor Lamp with Chrome Detail for Mazzega by Carlo Nason

About the Item

Italian glass artist Carlo Nason is known for his innovative lamps, vases, and sculptures created using traditional techniques. Born in 1935 on the island of Murano, Italy, he comes from one of the oldest glass blowing families in the area. Carlo Nason LT 220 floor lamp for Mazzega. Modern, sculptural and clean forms featuring a murano, transparent but opaque opaline blown glass and chrome cylindrical detail in the center. This item was designed in the 1970-1980s, and is in good, original condition with minor scratches and signs of abrasion on the chrome part consistent with age and use.
