Luminator Barcellona floorlamp by Luciano Baldessari for Luceplan

About the Item

Extremely rare “Luminator Barcellona” floor lamp; designed by Luciano Baldessari for the Italian pavilion at the EXPO Barcelona 1929. The design, originally abstracted from a tailor's dummy, was produced and manufactured by Luceplan in the 1970s. The lamp has six light points on the upper opening of the very thick and solid stainless steel tube and one light point in the metal shade that shines upwards. The lamp also has a swivel base that allows the lamp to be easily rotated and adjusted to the desired position. In very good condition for its age with only very slight signs of use; see pictures. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
