About the Item

Mid-Century Modern brass floor lamp by Rupert Nikoll 1950s, Vienna. A beautiful and iconic floor lamp from brass with a plastic string handle for an easy handling. While the base features a significant splayfoot from brass, we decided to replace the lamp shade and we selected a sky blue textile fabric. The company Rupert Nikoll was a very popular Austrian lighting company with a great inventory of lightings and chandeliers in the 1950s. The company existed till 1980s. The company Rupert Nikoll executed many beautiful and typically Mid-Century Modern design lamps, which are appreciated and cherished around the world and are highly sourced from design lovers. Rewired, it shows one E 27 socket and on/off switch. Very good condition, the brass shows amazing patina. approx. measures: Width 56 cm Depth 71.5 cm Height 155 cm.
