Gyro lamps that in this case are "dressed" in red. For the Christmas occasion, we decided to reintroduce this pair of lamps from the iconic "GIROSCOPE" Collection.
To the Collection belong various and any variations always on the theme of the gyroscope, an instrument much loved by Designer Roberto Giulio Rida.
The lamps were made by hand, using material such as brass that was skillfully bent and soldered by skilled craftsmen, resulting in the lamp with ten revolving frames, intended to create the kinetic effect.
In this case, as the central decoration, we chose to use a slab of rare vintage red Venetian glass, of Murano origin and then had it ground and polished by hand by our expert glassmaker until it had an invisible edge, known as a "blade."
The lamps have a charming playful effect when turned off thanks to the brass swivel rings, but once turned on, thanks to the soft white silk diffuser shade, they release their beauty into the room through the illuminated vintage Murano red glass.
The lamps are signed with R.G.RIDA button logo on the metal frame, which is properly protected and galvanized to protect against dust and weather.
The lamps will be given to you with appropriate packaging and fumigated wooden crate for international shipment with R.G.RIDA logo
