Swingarm 1960's Floor Lamp with Dome Shade in Parchment Leather and Brass
About the Item
Swingarm 1960's high quality floor lamp in leather with parchment dome shade creating a warm light. The hand made drum shade in parchment leather is bind with leather borders, connected by brass elements to the base. The Leather covered foot and stem is connected to the brass swingarm. The lamp holds two E27 light bulbs.
The lamp designed by Charlotte Wawer 1960-70's. Her company, Wohnraumleuchten, produced lampshades and lamps, characterized by a rich use of leather and parchment with refined details in combination of metal. She designed a wide range of detailed designs over the decades. Charlotte, who designed all objects, run the small company with her husband.
