About the Item
Large brutalist sun-style ceiling lamp from Ferro Art (also known as Ferroarte), Spain, 60s. Metal structure finished in gold leaf and formed by a circular iron base where different sheets of various sizes are welded as a crown around its perimeter. In the center of it there is a circular textured glass diffuser with two lamp holders, creating a unique lighting effect. Starburst and sunburst style ceiling lamp. Very much in the style of the French creations of Maison Jansen and Maison Charles, of the Spanish creations of Ferrocolor, and the brutalist Italian creations of Longobard.
For two E27 bulbs. Renovated installation, with original lamp holders. Slight signs of wear and from the passing of the years, see photos.
