About the Item

Extremely rare, large and elegant Mid-Century Modern flush mount or sconce in style of Gino Sarfatti Model #155. With perforated brass diffusor. This is a very impressive and decorative piece of German design. Designed 1954 and manufactured by Bünte & Remmler (BuR) in Germany, 1950s. Catalog Nr.: 02006/17. Executed in perforated brass and painted aluminium, the lamp comes with 2 x E27 / E26 Edison screw fit bulb holders, is wired and in working condition. It runs both on 110/230 Volt. Our lights are checked, cleaned and suitable for use in the USA. Dimensions: Diameter: 18.9 in. (48 cm) Height: 7.88 in. (20 cm) Diameter of the brass diffusor: 8.67 in. (22 cm) Net weight 1.5 KG Condition: Good original vintage condition. Wear consistent with use and age. With some wear on paint and really slight dent on the brass diffusor (not visible at first sight). Please see all images for its condition.
